Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

Payment
For online payments we use PayPal, so you can use your PayPal account or credit card securely through their site. Alternatively, you may phone your order to us at Epona on 01568 616104

Shipping and Handling
The standard charge made by Royal mail will apply for postage International postage charges will be quoted at checkout. All postage is combined for multiple purchases. If your parcel is lost or damaged in the post, we will only offer compensation for parcels sent by special delivery. An official record is kept of mail sent, but the post office will only fully compensate for loss or damage for an item which is sent by special delivery. We therefore advise you to use the special delivery option. The carrier service for orders over 2kg offers standard insurance up to £150 but this does not include glass, and the first £35.00 of any claim is disregarded by them. Please contact us if you receive a damaged parcel. All parcels are very well wrapped to minimise any damage during transit. All items are checked thoroughly before they are packed.

Delivery
We aim to despatch all orders the same day if received before twelve noon. However please allow three days for receipt of your order. International orders are generally received in under 7 days.
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Privacy Policy
Epona will not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

Returns
You have the legal right to a 7 day cooling off period after purchasing anything from this site. If you are unhappy with your items you may return them to us for a full refund within 7 days, only if item is in the same unused new condition as it was when received. This does not apply to earrings and body jewellery. Please email us before returning an item to obtain a returns number. We do not refund postage costs nor pay for the return postage of an item that you have changed your mind about, also, we do not accept any responsibility for parcels returned to us, we advise you to send returns via recorded delivery. If your item arrives damaged we advise you to contact us immediately for a returns number as we will need the item back to inspect for ourselves the damage so that we can ascertain if the damage is a design fault or postal damage, if it is a design fault then you will be issued with a full refund. Please do not try to fix the problem as this will invalidate the guarantee.
